Send a request online, call us, or message us on WhatsApp with the trip date, requested pickup time, pickup address, and destination. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability and pricing. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.
Please give us accurate wheelchair information
Accurate details help us plan the right arrangements for the trip. When you request a ride, please tell us:
- Whether the passenger uses a manual or power wheelchair
- If the wheelchair is wider, longer, or heavier than a standard chair
- Whether anyone will be traveling with the passenger
- Anything about the pickup location we should know, such as steps or building access
Please don't include medical diagnoses or other medical information. We don't need it to arrange transportation.
